I have a good pic with justin timberlake, however im not too close to him and want to bring my self closer, so it looks abit better to put up on facebook.

1 cut one person, save to clipboard
2 use clone tool, repair the background
3 paste clip and position it...
job done.

First copy your layer. Then mask out everything other than yourself or Justin, depending on which one you want to move. Then you simply move yourself or Justin closer to the other. Make everything looks right, and you are done.
