I tweet about 2 or 3 times a day and my privacy option is off, but why can't the "retweet" option show up? My friend has the same problem as well.

Hey!
It's most likely that maybe your twitter is set on private or you are not following it correctly. Click on the link below from Twitter on How to Retweet and where does it appear? :

Also, if it still doesn't work, then try clearing up your browser cache and history, and see if it works then.
