My brother posted a picture of one of his friends on Facebook and doctored it so that it made fun of the person. The police came to my house and told him he was charged with Criminal Harassment.
He's 15 years old
He lives in the Canadian Province of Ontario
I'm just wondering what will happen to him... like, how much time will he get and/or what type of punishment he will get, etc. Help!

It's most likely a misdemeanor. He'll get a slap on the wrist, nothing more, at his age.
