Some of the people who are following you might have privacy setting. Thats where They don't let people who they don't know see their Twitter account or their account at all!

whenever someone adds me that I don't know, like a spammer, and I block them - they still show up in my total even though they are blocked from following me.

same here exept mine is 13 followers
