alright, so a friend of mine is somewhat flirting to a girl and wants to be his girlfriend. So if he said "cool" to her profle picture on facebook and a girl just said " lololololololol no it's not
". what does it mean?

if it's just a simple answer she is not interested... but if she tries writing long answer then she is intersted. also if she talks to him often then she is interested, and puts xx sometimes not always then she is interested.
