Best words to invite my friends to my brother's wedding day? - Neels - 11-09-2012 09:32 PM

Hey,

I'd like to invite my friends through email and facebook for my brother's wedding day. Can someone send me some pleasant words to add in my email for the invitation to my friends.

Thanks

Neels, my dear. Don't you think the invitation should come from the person making the wedding? If they are okay with inviting your friends, then perhaps you can also notify them via email of the upcoming invitation.

If your brother wants your friends there, he should send them invitations himself. Weddings are expensive. Do not assume it's ok to bring people along who your brother did not explicitely invite.

Neels, it's for the bride and groom to invite their guests. Not you sweetie. At best, you suggest to them who you'd like for them to include.

There are no words to do this because it is incredibly rude.Your brother and his fiancee decide who gets to come, not you.If you get "and Guest" on your invite then you can invite ONE friend,no more.If your friends are invited then they will get their own invitation, simple as.You don't need to write an e-mail now

If your brother has told you that you may invite friends, give him their names and addresses so he can mail them invitations. It's rude and ineffective to send electronic wedding invitations.
