Miley Cyrus or someone like that..
I mean loads of people want famous people to follow them on twitter or anything really so how can they do it.
Seen so many people try and fail. im guessing you have to be famous to talk to famous people, is that the only way?

Erm you'll have to be really lucky to see her or even talk to her
1 in 5 people only see celebs in the u.k
and its very unlikely that she has got msn or facebook or something.
just like hope and pray and maybe ..maybe just one day you will

get a job in the movie industry, when i was younger i did security on movie locatios all over southern california and met alot of famous people. but i didnt really care so i never really talked to nobody, except for Kobe when he was doing a sprite commercial i got him to sign my basketball. otherwise it was just another job, but yeah you get pretty close to the actors.

if you get lucky and go to a pro sports game and get good sets well there you go plus if you go to la go to suburbs and walk around youll see somebody
