My mom says that some creeper would get my information and stalk me but she has an account. ive tried to reason with her and even asked my older sister, doesn't have an account either, to help but nothings working!

Tell her that you can give her your password, and she has access to all the things you do. Then she can't complain as you can just show her there are no 'creepers'.
