do you know of other social networking sites other than myspace and facebook that I can promote the videos I have on youtube? like I have the new Keri Hilson and Timbaland song "Return The Favor" on my channel and really want to get more views on it...

Go through given below step that will help you...
Step1
Properly describe what the video is about. YouTube allows you to enter in some text to briefly describe what the video is about. Make sure you description tells potential viewers what they will be watching and why.
Step2
Tell everyone. Now that you have a video, you think it is a good one, tell everyone you know. You have an email list of friends, relatives, neighbors and so on. Send them the link to your YouTube video. Ask them to rate it and if they enjoy it to pass it along to everyone on their email list.
Step3
Social network. Hit all the social network sites. i.e. MySpace, Facebook, Indocquent and so on. Post a link to the YouTube video there. Also hit the social bookmark sites (Furl, Stumble, Digg..etc)
