I want to create a page on facebook for my youtube channel, but I dont want friends I know on facebook to see that I created that page. So if I create a page while im on the facebook account, will my facebook friends see that I created it? And if so, how do I make it private so my friends cant see.

Facebook Fan Pages are all public. Unless you haven't published it yet, in that case it is only visible to admins
There are options for restricting access to content on Facebook tabs to fans only, but the wall, info, photos, videos, discussions and any other native features are open to everyone.
