They might have an OFFICIAL fan website were you can bu messages. you cant be sure thought because they are loads of fake sits

well i think they have the odd live webchat, but like 4898696 girls will be on it so theres a small chance they will get you question
& also its probably really rare because i imagine they have pretty busy lives

well it depends on what kind of chat your talking about.
From time to time when they get the chance they schedual online chats with their fans on Justin TV. Last chat they had there were only like 7 rooms filled with people and the one before that over 30 rooms filled. When they do these chats you can send in questions which they will very possibly see. The only way though they will see your question is if your in the very first room. All of the chats are done on webcam.
If your talking about just an msn or something youc an use to talk to them, i don't believe its very possible or likely to find their REAL msn anywhere. They probably wouldn't add fans anyways. There are many posers out there and i have like 5 on my msn. Some are very convincing. One of them sent my friend an autographed poster (fake though they admitted they weren't jb). Don't believe any poser you talk to online, and don't give out any personale information to them. You really don't know who they are or what they want!

they do a live chat every once in a while on justin.tv.com
and you can actually see them talk and type them questions.

http://www.youtube.com(if your old enough) they could leave a comment on your page or even send u a message if u do the same to them
http://www.justin.tv this is where they do their online chats.. keep up with when their next one will be and you could send them a question and they could answer it live :O lol
