What does this >>> and this<<< mean on Twitter? - Taylor - 10-02-2012 08:34 PM

I kinda just joined a couple days ago and was wondering what does it mean?

It means the same thing in math. So you just prefer something greater or less than something else. That's all.
PS: it's okay to leave something on the other side.

Bigger than/less than signs. So ok for example, if I think Seth rogan is hot/funny/fav actor/whatever, anything GOOD, I'd say Seth rogan >>>. The number of those things depends on how strongly you feel lol. If I hate school I can say something like 'waking up early in the morning <<<<<<<"

Sometimes it means greater than or less than (or better than or worse than). So like a Justin Bieber fan could say
Justin Bieber > Jonas Brothers
because they prefer Justin to the Jonas Brothers.

They can also mean arrows. Like
This face >>>> Smile is so cool.
