I have never used Twitter and not sure if its any good or worth getting. Is it like facebook or completly different? Do you think I need Twitter and Facebook or just stay with Facebook?

Facebook is better because I'm not a big fan of twitter.

If you want to socialize. there is nothing better than facebook.
however if it is only your views which you want to express(or see others' views) to others twitter is better
although you can also write on your facebook wall, but the application notifications(mostly unwanted) that are posted on your wall go down the wall. and sometimes they may even disappear to older wall posts.
