I just started making youtube videos. I have always wanted to be an actor or comedian......but most importantly, I just want to make people laugh. Does anyone know anything I can do to get people to my youtube channel and subscribe? I do facebook and twitter? Anything else I should do? Thanks

Comments on others videos, praise their videos. Don't over do it. Be polite.

Ask if they would be kind enough to check out your channel and subscribe.

Connect with relevant channels/videos similar to yours (first), then branch out.

Promote your channel on Facebook. Also on "yttalk[DOT]com" a lot of YT'ers are on here.

Hi,

Always ensure that you put content which generates interest in the viewers. It can be anything connected to media, entertainment, sports, flora or fauna, jokes, songs, humans ...

Second thing is keep a flashy title which will generate more interest. Then the next important thing is to put apt tags.
