I'm trying to locate my 4 yr old daughters father in Texas, but I don't know his SSN. I only have his name and date of birth. Does anyone know of any reputable online data base to find lost friends and family that isn't gonna cost me a arm and a leg to access?

no i dont but if you do find one let me know cause my dad has 2 other kids and he dosent know where they are his ex got mad when he wanted to leave her then she took the kids while he was gone and hasent seen them since,

Not really, and not free.
With a bit of luck, you may find them on facebook! :-)
Otherwise, the only (realtively) accurate DBs are in the hands of the police forces (Interpol, FBI, Scotland yard and so-on). Get friendly with one of them...
Google: "search people": you will have a list of good people search engines. Many are free.
