Well ive been helping my mom wit her twitter account but she doesnt know how to use hashtags and i dont even know what they are? Can anyone help me?

(#)<---- That's a hash tag, just take off the parentheses.
People mostly use them on Trending Topics. You can also add it to the beginning of any word.
