When you go to upload them on facebook, scroll down and select the simple uploader. The regular one never seems to work correctly.

you can use simple uploader at the bottom of the page when you are about to upload a photo, or you can send it to your phone from your email & then upload it using facebook mobile. it will then go into an album titled "mobile uploads"
