When I search my full name on Twitter, my account appears. How can I make it so my profile isn't available on search?

You can't hide your account completely from search, but you can set up your account so it "protects your tweets," which means people have to request to see your tweets. Just go to settings and click on account and you can check the box to hide your tweets.
