For some reason I've been suspended from twitter, and I got this email, and I don't know what the hell I'm doing, is it possible to get is back, and if possible, how can I do it, should I forget about it and make another account, answer this quickly, being pissed off and all, so your help would be really appreciated.

Once your suspended on twitter it is impossible to get your account back without hacking the website and causing your computer damage. Though, this is suspension, so you will only be able to not go on your account for a small amount of time.
I suggest that if you are having trouble coping without twitter and chatting with friends, get a new account to do so and then move back to your old one later. If you are suspended on twitter it could be for a:
~ Week
~ Day
~ hour
~ month
~ year
Normally you get banned completely, your lucky your only suspended!
