Getting followers on twitter can be hard, but if you follow some simple steps it doesn't have to be.
You have to:
1. Connect Your Social Accounts
2. Include Your Twitter Page Everywhere
3. Make Interesting Posts (Or Retweets)
4. Follow Trends!

You can always follow people to get them to follow you back. There is a list of 115k people on twitter who will likely follow you back if you follow them first at http://fiverr.com/adnagam I've been pretty successful with this list myself.
