I want to know how to make friends on Twitter,
I have friends that I know from school
but how do I make friends from Twitter
like the whole "Browse Interests" gives you the most popular
results to follow

Making friends on twitter means: following other users and getting followed by other users.
Its not easy to find your school friends without knowing their actual usernames on
twitter. Twitter is microblogging website unlike facebook or orkut.
If you know your friends on other websites, ask them their twitter usernames.
Browsing interests is not probably what you want.
