When she gets mad at me she brings up personal things on facebook to purposely humiliate me while I would never do any such thing.

You should talk to her and explain how that kind of thing makes you feel. If she doesn't understand that what she's doing is hurtful and disrespectful, maybe you should reevaluate the relationship.

Talk to her and tell her you don't appreciate what she is doing. If that doesn't stop things, then break up with her. If her response to that is posting more humiliating things, then delete her from your friends, block her, and report her for abuse. In that case, it's probable that Facebook will delete her account.
