I get notified whenever one of my friends does anything. if she makes a note I'm notified if she uploads a picture I'm notified if she updates her status I'm notified. I don't care. I'm not even tagged in 99% of these things. It's more than annoying how do I make it stop without unfriending or blocking her?
It's not texting me since I don't have a phone and it doesn't email me. It's the little red notifications that are on your facebook homepage.

Your subscribed to her. Go to her profile and at the top hit the button that says subscribed to undo it
