Like; i mean i have done that @ and RT but i reply to katy perry and she doesn't answer back my other friend can do it but i can't and how do u do it.

Celebrities won't and don't answer everything that comes their way. Some celebrities don't reply to their twitter followers, which I have to admit is a bit snobbish in some respects. It would look good to see a response from time to time. Just respond to a comment they've made and see what happens from there.

i have no idea; but its rare if they ever do
although i did get a reply back from channing tatum and kenda from the girls next door
but you have to be constantly replying to their tweets for them to notice "Hey this person tweets me alot; i should reply back.I mean its only fair right?" it has happended to people before.
Demi lovato;Keke palmer are both following me on twitter...ask and maybe they'll tweet back.
besides dont get so worried if they dont tweet back right away
after all they are celebrities and they probably get over a thousand feedbacks from their tweets.
keep responding to her tweets; and maybe just maybe. she'll respond to you
