When I go on my boyfriends profile there always this same girl on his list under his profile picture I used to have her on Facebook but she deleted me?

It's a random list of people. It changed every time so you probs just visit your boyfriends page when she's on the list

those are the people most interacted with
so it's safe to say your bf is is interacting with her in some way, be it either wall posts, comments, or likes
