That ther're freinds, lots of people put their friends as siblings or children.

It's nothing. My sister has a whole "networked family" which she lists friends as her parents/siblings/children. I personally don't do it, but a lot of my friends do. One of my friends even listed her boyfriends siblings/parents as her own.
Don't overthink it, it's just Facebook.
