I want my Twitter account protected, but I also want to enter some contests. If I retweet something, @ mention someone, and/or use a hashtag (#), can they see if I have done this if they look at retweets or search for the hashtag? Does this change if I am following them? Does whether they can see my tweet by searching for a hashtag change if I @ mention them in the tweet?
