I want to hide that I'm in a relationship from my family on facebook. How do you hide it? Is there any way to hide mine but my boyfriend's page to still say in a relationship with my name?

Try
going to privacy setting, customize setting (on the bottom), then by the relationship thing and change it to customize and then just block your family on it
