My profile picture that i used on my windows live home page is on google images and the link is my windows live home page! i have changed my privacy settings and even taken the picture off my profile but still it remains there!..
Please help!

You cannot remove pictures off Google. That's one reason why most people don't upload their pictures on social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
You will have to resist the temptation of Google it so it can fall down the page.
