Ok so I just made a new Facebook account and I started adding a bunch of people at once (I know them). Facebook says that I was sending them to strangers. I was blocked for 4, 7, 14, and now 30 days. Is there a way to contact Facebook. Could I be banned permanently from Facebook for this?

You won't be blocked permanently but for a few days like 2, 7, 14 and even more. After that period, you'll be able do send friend requests again.

No this will happen when ever you send request so fast , now wait for a time facebook will remove this restriction but still don't do this again.
