i love James Franco and i have twitter but many celebrities do have twitter but how can you tell they are real :/

Usually you can tell by the amount of followers he has and by his tweets.

They're usually verified. Such as http://twitter.com/selenagomez, it says "verified account" above her followers

usually it says verified in bolded blue letters next to their name, also look at their amount of followers.

Most celebrities have a blue checkmark next to their name meaning they're verified. But some celebrities don't have verified accounts. Usually the ones with the most followers are actually the real accounts, unless the person doesn't have a twitter account at all.

Usually on blogs/homepages they'll say what their twitter page is. Also that little blue icon tells you if it's genuine
