My brother did this once and i dont have time to ask him sooo? He had facebook on one tab and another website on the other. When he was on the other Facebook IM was on the bottom of that website so he didnt have to keep flipping between tabs...anyone know how to do this?

You got to use the Facebook Toolbars which is a third party tool. Enjoy!
