nobody. You have to have followers for anybody to see your "Twitt".

If you're profile is private, only followers can see it. Public profiles allow everyone to see your tweets (not twitts Smile ].

When you post a tweet, anyone can see it unless your account is private..even if you have no followers some creeper can still see it...especially when you use #hashtags or tweet about a trending topic..i actually read my crush's tweet and don't follow him because i think he would know that i like him..

well if you put a hashmark like in this example #mylifesucks or #imwinning or #WTFwithcharliesheen people on twitter will find it in a search. so when you tweet include many common words by this mark in front # people searching on twitter will find your tweets and if you interesting they will follow you
