this is what i did...lol
i found a girl that said she was single, added her and we talk like every day. just dont come on too strong or flirt to hard as soon as you talk to her the first few times. (it helps if you have some friends in common)

add one of the girl u're interested in
try to chat with her
like " hey so u know my friend and blah blah wanna hang out sometimes?"
