She's 30. She's using facebook chat and keeps chuckling and laughing. Should I say 'what's so funny'? Or is she just wanting me to ask that. It's quite annoying.

She just might be having her own type of fun, but you should ask her...She could be laughing in hopes that you would take a little interest in her hobbies.
