I got my facebook account 2months ago, and so far I only have 4 friends, I sent out a lot of requests though, but they didnt answer. Plus my sister got one 2months ago and she already has 200!! How come I only have 4??

this always happens girls gets more friends request than boys on facebook
try adding your friends on facebbok rather than anonymous person to increase friends on facebook

It fully depends on those people to whom you invited or inviting to accept your friend request. Invite your friends who is known to you and ask them to accept your friend request.
About your sister, usually Girls have more friends or friends request than boys. So don't be upset. Just add your friends and relatives. Hope you will cross the 4 friends barrier very soon.
