you know what friends can do with that kind of thing . he's using iOS5 . so I logged into web twitter and went to Settings -> Application and clicked the revoke access button on the iOS5 thing . would that prevent him from accessing my Twitter account and do stupid stuffs ?

Why not just change your password? It auto logs you out on any device.

iOS5 stores cookies meaning while using Twitter. So if you haven't logged out, yes he can access your account.
Log in from a computer or anywhere and change your password asap. Your friend won't be able to access.
