This is SO strange! My phone (iPhone) sends me push notifications when one of my friends updates anything....pictures, status, etc. But only hers! I have about 700 friends, and I don't get alerts about anyone else but her..........but I'm alerted about EVERYTHING that she does!
I love her to death, but I'm tired of my phone going off every hour with pictures she's added, places she's been, or what's currently on her mind.
Anyone know how to fix the glitch? What's weird is I go through phases. Getting updates on her is really consistent. But every now and then, someone else will sneak in, and my phone starts going off every time that other person is up to something. But what's weird, is that my phone clearly isn't doing that for all my friends, just very random ones.
Also, the people that this is happening with.....are people that I actualy don't follow very much on Facebook. So, it's not like my Facebook is trying to "smartphone" me by sending me updates of people I frequently talk to.
What the heck?

Take that crap off your phone and you won't have that problem. You are *not* that important.

Unsubscribed from her then you did not get these updates from her. Just unsubscribed not unfriend.

lots of people are having problems - try using a different browser
