if u know how to use the private controls, u should be fine. and u should know all your "friends" and be cautious

People can figure out your information. Name, Birthdate, Hometown, Birthday, Etc. But if you put privacy locks, or just dont fill it in at all, that shouldnt be a problem.
There is also, the dangers of cyber bullying. This also comes with every website of the such. Like Twitter, Tubmlr, etc.
I have a facebook and I've never had any problems with it. As long as your smart with the information you put and don't add people you dont know, I think you'll be okay. And if cyber-bullying does come into play I'd say either delete the people causing it, or just delete your facebook altogether.
