Hi, so I'm new to Twitter and I have a few questions about how it works and stuff.
When you click 'favourite" is that like the 'like' button on facebook?
What do people usually tweet about?
What are hashtags?

Click 'favourite' to keep/save any tweets you particularly like, so you can see them any time later.
Some people tweet about their daily lives, some people tweet jokes, some people tweet problems... you can tweet whatever you like!
Hash tags are certain phrases where you put '#' before it, usually to do with a topic; so if I were to hash tag here I would write #yahooanswers
These hash tags are usually for trending so people can see what phrases are most tweeted at the time.
