1 Log in to your Facebook account at http://www.facebook.com.
2 Click on the "Settings" link located near the upper right corner of the page.
3 Click on "Notifications" under the My Account heading.
4 Select "Off" for each of the desired categories, and then click the button at the bottom to save the changes.
