why can some people get 13 thousand in a day, and were stuck at 380 after a week? weve been working our butts off for it too.

There are thousands of twitter accounts. You probably need to go online to other social networking sites and mention your account, like you did here. Apparently I'm not in your demographic, so I won't follow you. Be happy you are keeping your people. They will tell others and there you go.
