plz help.. I am win competition and they tell to send dm.. But they not follow me... Help

A DM is a direct message. Only you and the person you are sending it to can see it. It's like friends, you can only send it to people who follow you. If you want to get into contact with them without them following you, then you have to mention them in a tweet. That's about it.

dm means direct message
just follow them then send them a direct message .... your english is very bad may i just say!
