What do you mean? as in,what are you trying to do?
When you want to apply a tag you just add the hashtag and then the subject:
#Ramadan
#Islam
etc

ive heard of it and apparently its VERY VERY popular but i dont know how it works, went once to try it out but for me its too much hard work and i dont know where people find the time.
