Good Afternoon Liam Breslin

I'm part of the Vodafone Web Relations team and would like to offer some help and advice.

Auto Cashback is where you get a lump sum paid to you after taking your deal, usually between 21 days and 90 days after the contract starts.

Redemption cash back is where you have to send off copies of your bills at certain points of your contract to qualify for a cash back offer. It's always best to check the terms and conditions of your cash back deal, if you miss one bill or send it off too late, you can loose the entire cash back offer!

You haven't mentioned which network you are on but I'd love to see if I can help. Feel free to contact me using the link below; please include MMM135 in the subject field so that the email comes directly through to my team.
