Thats because you either posted or commented on a post, and someone that you dont know is also commenting on the post.
I'm not sure how to stop it..

a lot of people are getting this problem lately. one way would be report a bug to Facebook until they sit up and take notice. i did that and got no reply. another way would be to go to your account settings and turn on secure browsing. this would solve the problem temporarily, but it will prevent you from opening third person apps, like games on facebook.
