So I am a facebook atheist meaning I can't stand the site and think it is boring but are forced to use it to communicate with friends who use facebook.
Is it allowed?

It is very difficult to *avoid* using Facebook. I'm in the same boat as you, I can't stand the site.
But, as Diaspora continues to mature, we'll see where that goes. Might be best to bite the bullet for now.

Sure, I'm the same way. It's like someone going to church just to socialize. Just don't ruin it for everyone else.

facebook has a policy which says that only people who like facebook are allowed to use it...look it up

I don't think you really know what the word atheist means. But yeah, you are allowed to use facebook even if you don't like. I got my facebook just because a girl died in a car crash at my school and everyone knew about the next day in school because people talked about it on facebook and I felt really terrible that i didn't know, so i got one so that I actually know what's going on, but I don't really like it.
