My little sister blocked someone i was looking for on facebook so i unblocked her.now i cant find her anymore so i can add her.

Your friend has edited her privacy settings so that no one can find her on facebook but her friends only.
Account ---> Privacy settings ---> Basic Directory Information ---> View settings ---> Search for me on Facebook---> Friends only ---> Click the preview my profile button.
