I suppose it's a little dangerous.

It's good to stay connected to your friends if you want to. It's also good for setting up a business page if you would like.

It's the better alternative to Myspace, because Myspace has the teenage s.l.u.t. reputation (lol). It's only true. That's where perverts go.

Facebook is the more mature website. You can always keep it private as well. There have been no accounts of people hacking into a Facebook account, again, unlike Myspace.

Remember... whatever you put on your page is what future hirers will look at. Just don't put pictures of you being drunk or anything, and you'll be fine.

hell yea
much better then myspace...easier to communicate with friends and you know people that request you because it is in your network, say your school network or hometown. also you can join groups to mingle with your friends, as well it is very interactive and far less up keep then on myspace
i suggest you create an account thats where the future is myspace literally blows

Well, considering Facebook feels the need to monitor what you do off their site and then post your activities (online purchases and sites you visit) to your profile for everyone to see. Facebook needs to rethink their privacy policy. (Also considering they ask you for so much personal information).
I'd say no.

Facebook ha been getting a lot of buzz lately, but I personally prefer Yuniti ( http://yuniti.com ).

There are lots of advantages of doing social networks, my favorite rewason is Facebook and Yuniti let me know when a friend has updated their contact info or added new photos and the like.

You should look at this guide, it's very useful:
