I was on facebook and was looking a my boyfriend's ex girlfriend wall which is public. I saw that my boyfriend posted a customized facebook birthday card on her wall. He didn't say anything about this to me, should I be concerned?

ahhhh yeah why would he be sending her a b-day card? that sounds hella fishy to me, he is trying
to get back with her i think.

sometimes if you join something like that on facebook it does it automatically, I really wouldnt worry about it. If you are worried talk to him

Well, he made it on the public right? I think he would expect you to see that. He might expect you from asking things related to birthday card on his ex-gf wall. Besides, you should trust him more within a relationship. So my point is, trust him, he might be just treating his ex-gf as a "friend", so it aint big deal, but he should always keep his distance from her and the ex-gf as well.
What you should be concerned are the following things:
OPTIONAL: [Things below are not really the things that you are seeking for, just focus on things that i wrote above]
1. Does he still have feeling for her even now?
2. Is he doing his job of keeping his distance from her?
3. Did he use you as a way to forget her? ( IF YES, well, you guys might end up breaking up if he doesn't keep his distance from her until the very end.)( Besides, it will be unfair for you).
4. Bla Bla bla,. serious matters related to cheating over you with her. ( things that you should mostly be concerned about).
